Domestic Shipping Agreement

  1. Processing & Shipping Time
    All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). GMPB products are made fresh. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification when your order has shipped.

  2. Delivery Estimates & Delays
    Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, distance, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

  3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    GMPB is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting your claim.

  4. Final Sale Policy
    For the safety of our team members, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us for international shipping, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. No Refunds for Damaged Packages
    We take every precaution to package and ship your order securely. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. No refunds or replacements will be provided for packages that arrive damaged.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    The recipient is solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. We do not cover these additional costs, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.

  3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control. Any claims regarding lost or delayed shipments must be filed with the shipping carrier directly.

  4. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer must cover any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

  5. Shipping Times & Carrier Delays
    Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to carrier delays, customs processing times, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

  6. Prohibited or Restricted Items
    Certain items may be restricted or prohibited in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the items being ordered comply with local import regulations. We are not responsible for packages that are seized or refused by customs.

  7. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
    Tracking numbers will be provided when available. However, not all shipping services include tracking or delivery confirmation. We encourage customers to select shipping options that include tracking for better shipment visibility.

  8. Final Agreement
    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these international shipping terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order for international shipping.
